1. What types of gases do you test?
We test a wide range of process and utility gases, including nitrogen (USP/EP/medical grade), oxygen, carbon dioxide, compressed air, argon, helium, and ambient room air. Our testing covers both monograph-based and customer-defined specifications.
2. What standards do you follow?
We perform testing in compliance with USP, EP, ISO 8573, and FDA cGMP requirements. All methods are validated and traceable to recognized pharmacopeial or international standards.
3. Do you offer on-site gas sampling services?
Yes. Our trained technicians perform on-site sampling at your facility, connecting directly to use-points or utility ports to ensure representative and reliable samples are collected safely and in compliance with your protocols.
4. Can I collect my own samples?
Absolutely. We offer a Self-Service Sampling Program, which includes training, SOP development, and rental of calibrated sampling kits. You collect the samples, and we handle the lab analysis with full reporting.
5. How long does testing take?
Turnaround time depends on the scope and complexity, but standard testing is typically completed within 3–5 business days after receiving samples. Expedited options are available upon request.
6. Do you test compressed air systems?
Yes. We perform full ISO 8573-compliant compressed air validation, including particulates, moisture (dew point), oil, VOCs, and microbial testing. We also provide support for validation protocols and reports.
7. What industries do you serve?
We serve pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and clean manufacturing industries—any environment where gas purity and system validation are critical to product quality and compliance.
8. Can you help with system validation?
Yes. We provide short- and long-term system validation programs that include protocol design, seasonal sampling, and comprehensive reporting. This is ideal for new facilities, system upgrades, or requalification.
9. What’s included in your reports?
Each report includes method details, pass/fail results against applicable standards, traceable instrument IDs, analyst signatures, and full audit-ready documentation for QA and regulatory bodies.
